Pricing information. Prices show Hybrid Delivery unless you switch the selector and are current as of June 2026. All prices are estimates based on standard scope assumptions and vary with final requirements, data volume, complexity, integrations, countries in scope, regulatory needs, and client-side readiness. Fixed-fee packages assume timely client access, data, and stakeholder availability; work outside published assumptions is handled via a change order. Implementation "starting at" figures are illustrative and subject to paid discovery. U.S./Hybrid/Global deltas are approximate. All engagements are governed by a formal MSA.See full assumptions & scope.

What could AI deflection save you?
A quick, illustrative model of the support effort AI can remove — based on Assistly's about 68% ticket deflection in production. Move the sliders to fit your environment.
Defaults are conservative placeholders — set them to your real numbers for a closer estimate.
Illustrative estimate only. It applies Assistly's about 68% production deflection rate to your inputs and does not constitute a guarantee — actual results depend on ticket mix, tenant configuration, and scope. It reflects deflected support effort, not total program ROI.
Implementation — starting ranges
Implementations vary too much for a single list price. These are honest entry points, confirmed in paid discovery. Our AI-accelerated, hybrid delivery typically lands below traditional market rates.

Security & delivery governance
Global delivery is a transparent, buyer-controlled choice — never a hidden default. Every model includes U.S.-based oversight, defined data-access controls, and escalation paths.
Role segregation, least-privilege access, and audit logging on every engagement.
A named U.S. lead and escalation path on Hybrid and Global engagements.
PHI/NPI-sensitive and policy-restricted work can be kept fully U.S.-based on request.
Security practices aligned to SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
AI work runs on a private, open-weight model — your data never touches third-party AI.
Every engagement governed by a Master Services Agreement with clear scope and assumptions.
Pricing assumptions & scope
- Prices shown reflect the selected delivery model and are estimates based on standard scope assumptions.
- Fixed-fee packages assume a single production tenant, timely client access, data provision, and stakeholder availability.
- Standard integrations assume one endpoint and a standard pattern; multi-system or Studio/API work is priced as Complex Integration.
- Work beyond a package’s stated assumptions is handled via a transparent change order, agreed before work begins.
- Implementation figures are "starting at" ranges, confirmed in a short paid discovery before any fixed proposal.
- U.S./Hybrid/Global deltas are approximate and depend on the final agreed delivery model.
- Launch offers apply to new clients only; the Discovery Credit applies when an assessment converts to a qualifying engagement; the 15% AMS offer is valid for agreements signed by Aug 31 2026.
- All engagements are governed by a formal Master Services Agreement. AssistNow may update published pricing.
Pricing FAQ
Why are your prices public when most Workday partners hide theirs?
Because buyers deserve to self-qualify. Most repeatable Workday services can be scoped responsibly up front, so we publish real prices for bounded work and "starting at" ranges for variable work. You can see whether we fit your budget without sitting through a sales call first.
Why do U.S., Hybrid, and Global prices differ?
Labor mix, time-zone coverage, and resource location differ across the three models. Oversight, QA, and security governance stay explicit in every model — Global delivery includes U.S.-based oversight, data governance, and escalation paths.
Can healthcare or public-company clients use Hybrid or Global delivery?
Often yes, under agreed data-access controls, role segregation, and contractual governance. U.S.-only delivery remains available for PHI/NPI-sensitive or policy-restricted work, which can be ring-fenced to U.S.-based resources.
What creates a change order?
New modules, materially changed timelines, new integrations, additional conversion domains, or work beyond the published package assumptions. That is exactly why each package lists its assumptions up front.
Do you charge startup fees or require minimum commitments?
No startup fee on AMS, and no mandatory annual lock-in on entry tiers. We hold your rate for 90 days at signature and give you monthly usage visibility.
How does the Discovery Credit work?
Book a paid assessment (such as a Health Check or Security Review). When it converts into a qualifying implementation or AMS engagement, we credit 100% of the assessment fee toward that engagement.
