A certified PMP and CPHIMS professional with Workday Pro Financials and Co-Sell certifications, Shannon aligns Workday solutions to business outcomes and has been instrumental in bringing tools like ReleaseIQ to market. He is a recognized speaker at HIMSS and healthcare technology conferences.
Steve brings over 25 years of HR transformation and enterprise technology experience to AssistNow's Workday practice. He leads delivery quality across HCM, Financials, and Extend engagements with a strong collaborative approach that earns trust quickly — even in the most complex consolidation and integration projects. Known for his ability to navigate cross-functional challenges, Steve ensures every implementation meets the standard our clients expect.
Robert brings extensive leadership experience in scaling delivery operations across APAC and global markets. He specializes in building high-performing teams, establishing operational discipline, and driving sustainable growth in complex environments. At AssistNow, Robert will focus on strengthening and expanding our India Delivery Center, building multi-practice capabilities, and creating a robust APAC platform that delivers speed, quality, and measurable impact for our clients.
